Mold release agent composed of elements that allow the integration of a film between the mold and the forming material, in order to have an optimal interaction by means of lubricating components of thermal stability. After the water evaporation, a light dry semi-permanent film is formed that provides a very good demolding effect.

Intermol 856 is specially designed as a dry film release agent for the rotomolding process.
Some method or atomizing equipment can be made to accelerate the drying process in the mold.
Shake before using it.
The surface of the mold must be clean and free of residues, cleaning can be done with soap and water, carving with a fiber or brush.
It is recommended to cure the mold by applying 3 layers before making the first piece. It is advisable to preheat the mold to accelerate the evaporation of the water.
Once the mold has been cured, only apply a layer of release agent when the piece shows signs of adhesion.
Do not apply in excess. The excess of release agent does not improve the demolding effect, on the contrary, it can deform the piece.
Swamp should not be done at the time of application of the release agent.
The application must be uniform throughout the mold.
