Fiberglass & composites mold release agents

It is a composite of tiny glass yarns with a resin that polymerizes it. These resins can be polyester, vinylester, epoxy or phenolic. In addition, it is characterized by its characteristics of malleability, tensile strength and thermal insulation.

Fiberglass or composites are widely used in products of the nautical recreational industry, such as surfboards, slides, boats, sailboats, among others. This material is also used in the manufacture of equipment such as storage tanks, process tanks, floor grilles, thermal and acoustic insulation, and some body parts.

This process is quite complex. Commonly, primers, sealants, and release agents are used in curing and preparation of the mold, making the process take hours and even days. However, with Intermol M-110 release agent, the curing process is simplified with a single product and you can start production in 30 minutes.
