Benefits

Mold release agent specially designed for demoulding within the manufacture of vinyl foam (EVA) parts.

The concentrated product should be diluted at a concentration of 1:20, that is, for each liter of concentrated release agent add 19 liters of water.

Instructions

Before applying Intermol 729 on the surface of the mold, it must be carefully cleaned to guarantee the correct adhesion of the product.

The concentrated product must be diluted at a concentration of 1:20, that is to say, for each liter of concentrated release agent add 19 liters of water.

If the product works very well at this concentration you can increase the concentration 1:25, 1:30 up to 1:40 which is the limit dilution without affecting performance.

It is recommended to cure the mold by applying release agent 3 times before making the first piece. Do not apply in excess. Excess release agent does not improve the release effect, on the contrary, it can deform the part.

Precautions

Avoid contact with moisture or water during product use and storage. This can affect the efficiency of the product, as well as exposure to low temperatures.
