Intermol 306
Water-based release agent for polyurethane.
Intermol 306 is a water-based release agent formulated for rigid, semi-rigid, and flexible polyurethane foams. Its properties can significantly reduce release agent consumption.

Instructions for use
Apply a thin, uniform film using appropriate spray equipment. After deep cleaning, the initial coating can be applied with a cloth.
It is recommended to cure the mold by applying the release agent three times before producing the first part.
Do not overapply. Excess release agent does not improve release performance and may deform the part.
Precautions
Do not expose to low temperatures, as this breaks the emulsion and renders the product unusable.
VERY IMPORTANT: Shake well before use and continue shaking during application.
