Benefits

Intermol 210 is a release agent specially designed for the die casting of aluminum alloy parts.

Instructions

The product should be diluted with water in a ratio of approximately 1:20. The hardness of the water used may influence the surface finish of the injected parts, but does not affect the stability of the emulsion.

It is recommended to cure the mould by applying release agent 3 times before making the first part.

Do not apply in excess. The excess of release agent does not improve the release effect, on the contrary, it can deform the part.

Precautions

Do not expose to low temperatures, as they break the emulsion and render the product useless.
